Seems that someone’s posted a self-made tutorial of my effect Punk’d. Again. This has happened so many times it hardly fazes me any more, but seriously… if you’re gonna teach my routine, at least practice it well before you go out trying to teach it.

Here’s an interesting magic-in-the-real-world application – it looks like someone’s taken the ol’ Magic Coloring Book / Svengali Deck principle and applied it to an actual brochure:

Now, I’m not saying that my tongue-in-cheek article was the reason they did this, but given that these long-overdue changes have only taken place recently, it’s hard to shrug it off as “just a coincidence”.

Also, I noticed that the word “unparalleled” from the original second paragraph is now absent in the new version. Could it be that they’ve finally encountered an outside force to be reckoned with?

Guess we’ll have to wait and see.
